SHR also researches CON and executive contact information, project scope, budgets and project status.

The list was born out of the frustration often heard and felt by SHR's vendor associates that leads were often found too late in the architectural process or that their existing lead list services required them to perform hours of research, taking them out of the field and away from their primary sales duties. Experience will tell you, it is imperative to be informed at the blueprint level as by groundbreaking much of the equipment has already been selected.

This service does not list every "construction" project in the country, which can range from a new parking ramp to a massive construction of clinical areas. The Lead List is a synthesis of qualified, researched information that can be quickly plugged into your sales cycle and executed by the sales team.

Information Viability
Strategic Hospital Resources is a medical equipment planning and project management company. SHR's primary purpose is to serve as the liaison between the architect, vendor, clinical user, and hospital administration during a new construction or renovation project. This duty requires SHR to amass a tremendous amount of information regarding new projects and requirements for project execution at the blueprint stage. That information is ultimately translated into the Construction and Expansion Report as a service to the vendor community. SHR's primary duties make them uniquely qualified to provide this research and as the viability of the information is directly related to the viability of their own performance.

*The Construction and Expansion Report is supplied quarterly and can be prearranged by region, by state or as a national list. Please be aware some months will have more information than others as some states will supply more details on projects. The list is provided in MS Excel or a delimited format. It can be delivered on CD, hard-copy, or in email (pending size).
