Project Description:

Strategic Hospital Resources were engaged as clinical consultants to review the operational efficiencies of the existing Operating Rooms and worked with Piedmont Hospital to develop a clinical design for their 22 Operating Room renovation and expansion. SHR completed the medical equipment planning for the 22 Operating Rooms including 1 Cardiac Hybrid suite incorporating robotics and a Neuro OR with planning to add an intraoperative MRI in the future.

The support spaces of Pre Op, PACU and patient Holding were included with a new monitoring solution incorporated.

The Central Sterile Department was also impacted with the design for future installation of upgraded washing and sterilization equipment.
